You can return the TheraPee kit within 30 days of delivery. No reason is needed.
What you get back
- We refund what you paid for the kit.
- The original shipping cost is not refunded.
- You pay the cost of shipping the device back to us.
- Flexible plan: your monthly software subscription is canceled, and any monthly charges paid within the 30 days are refunded.
When a refund is not possible
- The online chart shows three or more consecutive dry weeks. At that point the treatment is working, and stopping it early puts the progress at risk.
- The device or sensor pad, or parts of them, are missing.
How to return
- Email support@bedwettingtherapy.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send back the StoPee device and sensor pad. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive the device, we will confirm by email and refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
European Union: 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without a justification.
